Problems Signing Up As A Follower

Unfortunately, I Keep Hearing That People Are Trying To Sign Up As Followers, But For Some Reason, It Won't Let You. This Disturbs Me Very Much, I Certainly Want All Of You Who Wish To Be Followers To Be Able To, But I Don't Have Any Experience With Blogs, HTML, Or Any Of This Stuff, So While I Am So Sorry For The Problem, And Really Want You To Be Able To Sign Up As A Follower, I Honestly Don't Know What To Do About It. If Someone Out There Has Had This Problem And Can Tell Me What To Do About It, I Would Be So Very Grateful!! The Only Advice I Can Give You Is To KEEP TRYING!!! Keep Coming Back And Trying, And I Certainly Hope It Will Stop Giving You All A Hard Time!! And I Really Am Sorry For The Problem!!! Big Hugs, Mary Ann
